The new C3 Aircross offers a range of powertrain options to cater to diverse preferences. At the entry level, there’s a PureTech Turbo petrol engine generating 101 hp (75 kW / 102 PS), meeting Euro7 standards and paired with a six-speed manual transmission.

For those inclined towards eco-friendliness, a hybrid variant features a 1.2-liter PureTech three-cylinder engine producing 134 hp (100 kW / 136 PS). This model includes a dual-clutch transmission coupled with a 28 hp (21 kW / 29 PS) electric motor powered by a 48V lithium-ion battery, enhancing efficiency and performance.

A standout addition to the lineup is the electric variant, equipped with a 44 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery powering a 111 hp (83 kW / 113 PS) electric motor. Citroen boasts a top speed of 90 mph (145 km/h) and an impressive range exceeding 186 miles (300 km). Fast charging capabilities allow the battery to reach 80% capacity from 20% in just 26 minutes with a 100 kW DC charger, or between 2 hours 50 minutes and 4 hours 10 minutes using AC power at home.

Looking ahead, Citroen has hinted at another variant slated for 2025, promising a range exceeding 249 miles (400 km), appealing to a broader spectrum of consumers.
