Elder statesman and businessman Morrison Olori has praised President Bola Tinubu’s efforts to increase Nigeria’s daily crude oil production, highlighting the positive outcomes of his leadership.
Speaking in Abuja, Olori, a key figure in the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State, emphasized that Tinubu’s administration is beginning to bear fruit. “It’s not a mistake that Nigerians chose Tinubu. Though the journey started with challenges, he has managed them well, and the results are now visible,” Olori remarked.
The APC leader celebrated the rise in crude oil production to 1.8 million barrels per day, attributing the achievement to President Tinubu’s effective leadership and strategic consultations with stakeholders in the Niger Delta region.
“We commend Mr. President for maintaining peace in the Niger Delta and for his efforts to combat crude oil theft,” Olori added.
In addition, Olori applauded Tinubu’s recent success in securing an investment deal with JBS S.A., a Brazilian meat processing company, which is expected to revolutionize the livestock sector. He believes this partnership will help reduce farmer-herder conflicts and address food security challenges in Nigeria. “This agreement will open up the livestock industry. With proper investment, Nigeria has the potential to feed all of Africa. President Tinubu’s commitment to attracting investors is unmatched,” Olori stated.
Further commending the President, Olori supported Tinubu’s decision to remove underperforming ministers, calling it a bold and necessary move. He also praised the stabilization of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) through the formation of a new governing board.
“The Niger Delta is now on the path to development. I urge the NDDC board to focus on projects that will directly improve the lives of the people,” Olori concluded.
